Alison and Brad made the buying process quick and easy while handling virtually everything themselves to make it less stressful as a buyer. Do wish we had more of a personable closing but 10/10 would recommend for buying or selling your home! They are the sweetest and go out of their way to make sure the bumps in the road are minimal and handled efficiently.

I am from out of state and was referred to Alison to help me find and buy a house in Missouri. My husband and I highly recommend using Alison Sawyer as your next realtor. We recently relocated to Missouri and Alison was able to find us homes to look at prior to us making the trip here to view them in person. When we encountered problems with our lender in dealing with local rules and laws that involved escrow Alison’s knowledge, expertise and willingness to talk to our lender was a godsend. She is a top notch realtor!

We just completd three real estate deals with Alison. She was a Pleasure to work with and so helpful in all aspects. Alison was absolutely great to work with purchasing a house! In looking at homes, we felt like we truly had an ally on our side to help us find the right house instead of someone that was trying to just sell us on a house. If something was odd about a house, she would call it out instead of spinning it as a quirk.

We encountered some issues that were outside of our control (appraisal delays). Alison went above and beyond trying to get traction even though it wasn't her issue to resolve.

Overall, we couldn't recommend her enough. Bonus points for sharing pictures of their goats :)

Of the few businesses I've run thru the years, we often have valued our word-of-mouth clients the most. When we asked local friends for a recommendation of a realtor to help us secure a homestead in MO, getting a positive referral was encouraging. Never did we expect the level of professionalism and local knowledge that Alison and Brad bring with them. This wasn't just a new home for us, it's an investment in our family's future and Alison made sure her level of representation mirrored that sentiment without even being asked to. Even when our initial lender dropped the ball and failed to deliver leaving us precious little time, Alison was on top of the situation and connected us with a lender who could get it done in an amazingly short time. I'm certain we couldn't have done this without them and that in itself speaks for itself.

We bought our home sight unseen from out of state- she took the time to do video walk through, and she made herself available to tour my brother around the house and property so that he could see the home.
