I can’t say enough great things about Alison Miller - absolutely the best real estate agent of all time! I had a limited budget but really wanted a detached home in Falls Church - Alison persevered and found me the perfect home! Allison didn’t stop after the sale closed 3 years ago - she is still my number one resource for everything dealing with my new home. She has the most comprehensive Rolodex of service providers and if they were vetted and recommended by Alison, you can count on a job well done. She was simply unflappable during some tenuous times during the sale of our home in Falls Church. She was truly, as she light-heartedly stated, "our full service, full tech" real estate agent. Alison is great to work with! In this fast paced housing market, she explained the nuances of the buying process. She is honest and candid, which we truly appreciated. We bought a home sight-unseen and she made the visits (with our family friend) to review houses for us. Her reports and texts are alway prompt. We met Alison at the beginning of 2019 when we were just toying with the idea of buying a house. She was referred to us by our leasing office manager. The meet up was very relaxed and there was zero pressure on us to make any immediate commitments. We took our sweet time ( 1.5 yrs! ) to wait for the perfect time to buy. Alison stayed in touched with us all this time and never pressurized us into anything. Finally, when it was time for us to buy, we were literally all over the place. We had no particular area in mind and were hopping from area to area. It might have frustrated other agents but not Alison. We viewed multiple houses over the course of 5 months, looking into turn-key ones and those that required significant renovation. Alison was always there to tells us the pros and cons in a very non-judgemental way. She would connect us to contractors and any other handy-men that can help us make an informed decision. She was always available to take our calls even on the weekends. We had moments where we wanted to view a house within an hour of finding it online and knew we could depend on Alison to make this arrangement. We had 2-3 heartbreaks as well when our offer was not accepted by the homeowners but hey! that is the competitive market of DMV. Alison knew how anxious we were as first-time buyers and would stay with us for 5 hours of home inspections. She has a calm demeanour which was perfect for us over-anxious first-time buyers. She is not the one to create any panic but will advise you in your best interest. We are still in touch with Alison and she is still helping us with whatever information we may need. She is kind enough to connect us to the right people and frequently check upon us to make sure that we are doing ok.
Thank you Alison for making this process a breeze.

Alison was a great realtor. She was able to help us sell our house in no time at all. She is very familiar with the market in this area and helped us get the house ready for sale. After we sold, she even helped me to relocate and find a nice rental to move into!
Top notch, always responsive and overall great person! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
