I cannot say enough good things about Ali. She happened to be the agent showing me the first house in my search and I immediately liked her and decided to "hire" her as my realtor. I found her super accommodating, flexible, responsive and reliable. We sometimes saw up to nine properties in one day since I was coming from out of town, and she was always well-prepared and organized, with a well-planned itinerary, handing me the listings of all houses with relevant information highlighted and comps she had researched noted.

What I most appreciated about Ali was that it was a pleasure visiting houses with her, discussing the pros and cons, feeling very supported and NEVER pressured! Even after house # 294 (I'm exaggerating!), she never became impatient, but encouraged me to follow my instincts. It was clearly important to her that I was happy with my choice.

Ali was working hard on my behalf during the sometimes difficult end stage closing negotiations and she got it all done in time for me. To sum it up, I feel about Ali more like a good friend than a realtor, but a good friend who knows what she’s doing. Having a realtor you click with and whom you TRUST by your side during this sometimes frustrating process is priceless. I would wholeheartedly recommend her!

We met Ali upon touring an open house. She was so pleasant and I could tell she was genuine. I knew immediately she was my choice as our Realtor. Ali was so helpful and professional. She really made what is usually a very stressful experience very stress free. She really went above and beyond for us. She listened closely to our wants and needs and delivered. What I appreciate most about her, and what I feel sets her apart from the rest is her care, compassion and connection with her clients. Yes, she was professional (that’s to be expected) but she really cares about each of her clients. That’s just who she is. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her in both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Throughout the entire process (and for us it was a long one) she was always patient and accommodating. Unfortunately there aren’t enough Ali’s in business these days and because of that I will recommend her to everyone for years to come.

Where to begin?! Alison is the absolute best. She has the perfect balance of professionalism and fun. She has a keen eye for good structure in a house and her knowledge was exactly what we needed when choosing a house. She is now a part of our family! :)

Alison not only did EVERYTHING a professional and top-notch agent should do, she went WAY above-and-beyond expectations. From the start of the process to the end, cannot say how impressed we were with her. Always helpful, consistently found houses for us to consider, always on time for showings and appointments and knowledgeable through and through. She did an expert job when it came time to make an offer and negotiate the entire process. Looking for a house, looking to sell, she just does it all so well!
