As a Connecticut native, Alison fell in love with North Carolina while attending college in the beautiful state. She has lived in the Charlotte area now for more than 24 years and lives in both Lake Norman and Charlotte’s South End creating the distinct advantage of understanding both real estate markets.

Alison's career background as a licensed Financial Advisor in the Securities industry and business owner across several others including Technology, Healthcare and Service has provided her the opportunity to build strong business analysis, marketing, and management skills. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North and South Carolina, she has extensive transactional knowledge and negotiating experience in all price levels that is essential for exceptional client service and representation.
