Alison Stokes

Alison’s passion for community can be traced back to her years at the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce as Vice President of Economic Development where she spent significant time marketing South Georgia as the perfect place to retire as Director and Developer of Georgia’s first regional retiree attraction economic development initiative.
Facilitating hundreds of retirees move to South Georgia was a natural segue into a career of real estate. As a new REALTOR®, she was awarded Rising Star, then Top Producer and Agent of the Year. As a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors® she was awarded the Spirit Award and served as President of the Board and as Chairman of numerous committees throughout the years. Alison also serves as Director on the Georgia Association of Realtors board.
As a Valdosta State University graduate, Alison witnessed Valdosta’s great transformation – from a sleepy community into a bustling metropolitan hub that retains its small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region, her experiences of having lived here since college graduation and achievement of the esteemed Realtor® designation, Certified Residential Specialist, give her enthusiasm, desire and expertise to make her home, your home.
