In 2021 my parents passed away suddenly, I was responsible for selling their house in Wichita. We live 1800 miles away. Alissa was recommended to us by a cousin in Wichita, and it was one of the best recommendations I’ve had in life. Instead of traveling back and forth to Wichita numerous times, Alissa simply took care of things. I feel like I’ve made a trusted friend. Alissa is a go getter, she listens and asks good questions. She knows the Wichita real-estate scene backwards and forwards. She is a woman of integrity, is honest, and will level with you. She knows engineers, foundation people, dry wall people, cleaners- you name it, they’re in her iPhone. She’s unflappable, and a calming presence when a speed bump is hit. She was simply a godsend for us. I recommend her wholeheartedly. Thank you Alissa!

Alissa was amazing! As first time home buyers, we didn’t know a lot of the real estate buying process but Alissa made us feel like we were making the right decisions by keeping us super informed the whole time. When we didn’t know something or what to look for in a house, she made sure to educate us on things we didn’t know. She was very patient and kept us in the loop about everything going on. She guided us very well and we will definitely go back to her again if we ever need another real estate agent in the future.
