Alla Aizenberg

Alla Aizenberg is a co-founder of Signature Homes, LLC. She has been one of Chicago’s top real estate experts specializing in residential and commercial sales, investment brokerage, construction management, investor relations, acquisition, and development. Over the past 16 years, she has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate sales, mortgage banking and real estate development, both in Chicago and Florida.

Alla Aizenberg has invested in numerous real estate projects including condominium conversion, remodeling of single-family homes and new construction. She has developed a keen eye and expertise in all elements of construction, property management, commercial and residential leasing, investment, sales, and mortgage banking. Alla Aizenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Illinois in Chicago. She also finished the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard University.
