Allan Lee

Mr. Lee has represented corporations and individuals in their leasing, acquisition, and disposition of shopping centers, office, and industrial properties.
Along with brokerage and management of commercial properties, Lee’s real estate experience also includes development project management (shopping centers, office buildings, ground-up development of condominiums and tract homes from start to finish).
Lee earned his CCIM designation in 2010.
He has chaired/produced major events at performing arts venues such as UCLA's Royce Hall, the Ford Amphitheatre, Colburn School's Zipper Concert Hall, San Gabriel's Mission Playhouse, and the Broad Stage as performing arts chair of TUF, a Taiwanese American Heritage Foundation. Lee is also a licensed pilot.
