About Allan
Al Nemore grew up in the Philadelphia suburb of Pennsauken, NJ, and has been a licensed real estate agent in both Florida and New Jersey for a total of 15 years. He attended Rutgers New Brunswick and returned home as a physical education teacher; he also coached there and at Rutgers Camden. After 30 years in education, Al retired. He sold Nemo’s Family Restaurant, the Avalon NJ business that he had built, owned, and operated for 20 years. Al was still teaching when he and his wife traveled to the west coast of Florida, and they quickly fell in love with the Gulf Coast. Another trip was soon planned, this time to find a forever home! While scouring the coast from Clearwater to Fort Myers, the couple discovered Siesta Key. They were instantly enamored with all things Siesta, especially the exquisite beach and quaint village, and the diverse arts and entertainment in Sarasota.
To Al Nemore, the most important human qualities are honor, integrity, and trust. He has incorporated his work and life experiences into a successful real estate career. As a coach and educator, Al learned to be patient, detail-oriented, and proactive, and to use effective communication skills to advocate for his students. As a restaurateur, he learned to stay cool under pressure and to use his business sense, personality, and propensity to multi-task to operate a successful restaurant at the Jersey Shore. As a full-time real estate agent with an extensive network of contacts, Al works tirelessly to reduce his clients’ stress levels and to make their home buying and selling experiences pleasurable. The bottom line is, Al fell in love with the area when he moved to Sarasota, and that passion has inspired him to help others.
