Realtor Allen Berta was amazing in handling all the “bumps in the road” (and there were many) that occurred in selling our condo. He always maintained his professionalism and poise. He was knowledgeable in dealing with issues that just continued showing up!

We don’t know how we would have sold our condo without him. With the passage of time, my husband and I became friends with Mr. Berta as he was someone we learned we could count on and trust.

I first met Allen at an open house in my neighbourhood and was impressed with his extensive business background in addition to his capacity to immediately connect with others. In addition to excelling in sales he is very well versed in management, not only real estate ventures but high-end hotels and vacation rental ownership. He understands marketing as a whole and in my case especially how to market a vacation rental property without losing any revenue in doing so. If any guest interaction did occur it was handled impeccably, and he additionally insured the property was immaculate, ‘show ready,’ both for potential homebuyers as well as incoming guests. Scheduling for showings was a challenge but he handled this without complaint and consistent oversight and skill. The marketing used was cutting edge and included creative targeted social media. Open houses were held EVERY date possible. Allen simply enjoys people and what he does, just ask him! He succeeded in personally locating the buyers for my property and managed both sides of the transaction from start to finish during the pandemic, even delivering pastries (from Croissan Time) to the lender one day prior to closing. He is professional, accountable, consistent, open and willing, all VITAL qualities in a realtor. Simply a joy to be around, I highly recommend him to anyone who in the process of choosing an agent on whom to confidently rely. J Schmidt

Allen was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to ensure not only that I found the right property for my needs and budget, but also that all the paper work was completed accurately and to ensure that the actual close process went as smoothly as possible. He made the extra effort to explain the process to me including all of the deadlines and the purpose of all the forms, etc. I had a lot of questions on every step of the way and his extensive knowledge was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Allen to anyone looking to buy or sell and he will be the first person I call next time I need a real estate agent.
