Allen Chitayat

Mr. Chitayat is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in private client and institutional multifamily investments. Mr. Chitayat has completed more than $1.35 billion in multifamily sales; assisted in the arrangement of debt and/or equity financing with an approximate volume of $500 million; and through his affiliates has acted either as sponsor/co-sponsor and/or investor in various portfolios throughout the Southwestern United States with an aggregate value of approximately $150 million at purchase, disposition or refinance. Previously, Mr. Chitayat was a senior director for Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, a division of Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National. He was also one of the founding partners of ACI Commercial, a San Diego-based multifamily boutique brokerage and investment firm.
