Allen brings an extensive amount of knowledge to the ever changing South Florida Real Estate Market. As a Broward County Resident for the better part of 43 years coupled with his Construction and Architectural Education from the University of Florida he is well versed on all facets of the home buying and selling experience. Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2009, Allen is responsible for well over 400 residential real estate transactions in representing the buyer and/or seller sides. Through out the tri-county area these properties have ranged from condominiums, town-homes, single family homes, estate style homes, high end luxury residences as well as investment / rental properties such as duplexes and triplexes.
