Allen Craven

Allen Craven, CRB, GRI, RECS is the Broker/Owner of this 34 year old local company serving the Cabarrus County and Northern Charlotte market. The company is a continuous member of the Leading Real Estate companies of the World Broker family since 1983 and enjoys a history of success and service in the market. Craven has served as President of the local Real Estate Board and recipient of the Service Award and Realtor of the Year honors. Craven also has served the North Carolina Realtor's as twice president of the North Carolina Certified Brokerage Manager Council and as Dean of the North Carolina Education Institute. The company's impact in the community was recognized as it was a finalist in the "Nine Who Care" statewide competition among companies making a difference in their communities.
Craven's community involvement is noted as he was named Rotarian of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Boys and Girls Club Director of the Year, Boss of the Year, Man and Boy of the Year and member of the Paul Harris Society of Rotary International. He continues to be active in serving on many committees focusing on making the community better. Craven became a licensed Auctioneer in 1980 and specializes as a Benefit Auctioneer and has helped raise millions of dollars for foundations, schools and non profit organizations.
