(SOLD A HOME) I've been investing in real estate since the 1970's and have bought and sold dozens of homes. Through those 35 years, I've encountered many realtors. Many realtors are not on top of things, do not return calls, have little experience or skills and are only worried about their commission. Occasionally, you find a competent, honest realtor. I stumbled onto Dale Trumm by accident last summer at a neighborhood open house. I had no intention of changing realtors, but the more I talked with Dale, the more I felt Dale had to offer. During the 10 months leading up to putting my house up for sale, I never had trouble reaching Dale. After my house went onto the market, he was always on top of things, and there was no doubt at any time he had only our best interests in mind. There was some tough negotiating issues that had to be resolved, and Dale provided excellent skills in that regard. Dale went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for me. In addition to being a competent realtor, he has a wonderful personality that we immediately clicked with. I would highly recommend Dale to anyone considering buying or selling their home. Spring 2014 We recently sold our home in Thornton and used Dale Trumm with Keller Williams as our realtor. We were extremely pleased with Dale. We were amazed that Dale was able to sell our townhome in a sluggish townhome market. Another agent had told us that it likely wouldn't sell, and that if it did, that we would need to bring up to $10,000 to closing. Dale managed to sell our townhome and we even left the closing with $5,000 in our pockets. We were amazed once again when Dale found us the perfect single family home in a market where inventory was very low. A year later, we are thrilled with our purchase. We were pleased with the process of selling our house with Dale at KW. We listed our house on a Saturday with plans for our first open house the following Saturday. The showing service was very convenient with the ability to get notifications and schedule via text message. We had multiple showings the first week and got a full price offer in 6 days. We still went thru with the open house the following day with another prospective offer. Do not question hiring Dale, he will go above and beyond any other agent! The three we used in the past pale in comparison. We needed to sell and get into something cheaper quick.
