We had the best experience with Allen Decuyper as our realtor, and would recommend him wholeheartedly! Allen is not only knowledgeable, professional, and completely devoted to providing his clients with a great experience, but he is also really fun to spend time with. Allen gave us a great tour of Nashville as a part of our home search and it was impressive how well he knows the city and its history. He also honed in quickly on which neighborhoods would be the best fit for our family so we could focus our search, and was right on target. During the search process, Allen had great advice, introduced us to many people around town, and made us feel so welcomed. Even after we found and closed on our dream home, Allen was kind enough to take our daughter on a tour of Nashville to help her get excited about the move. He is great with kids! We can't fit all of the wonderful things about working with Allen in one review, but to sum it up, if you want a first class realtor - request Allen Decuyper.

We cannot recommend Allen enough! Especially for those new to Nashville!

We relocated to Nashville and we needed someone to guide us through the various neighborhoods and suburbs so we can figure out where to focus our search. Allen knows a lot about every area, and showed us around, especially various pockets. In doing so, he was able to get our feedback but also get to know us. This helped focus his search and build a solid relationship between us from the start.
Other agents we talked to quickly set up a wide search to email us and it was very overwhelming initially as we were so busy. The expectation was that we would go around ourselves to get a feel for the areas, but being new and not knowing anything it was not helpful not to have more context. We needed someone who knows areas to show us around and Allen's approach was a perfect fit.
Through our search, it became more of a friendship. And when we finally were under contract and not spending every weekend together, we really missed our time with him.

Allen was wonderful to work with. He was fantastic at helping us get people in place to get our house ready to sell. He patiently explained every step of the process and this and his great sense of humor immensely helped reduce the stress of the process. Allen walked us through all the bids and made decision making a lot easier. Showing the house was painless as well.
We would highly recommend him!!
