I have always lived in the beautiful state of North Carolina and could not imagine living anywhere else. My family and I currently live in Raleigh. I attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where I earned a BA in Finance from the Cameron School of Business. Having worked in the financial sector for over 13 years, I developed excellent negotiation, technology, and investment skills that transitioned to the real estate market. I specialize in the Southern Wake county market, but I am always available for surrounding areas. New home construction and first time home-buyers are strong areas of my business. I attend a lot of new home community grand openings for detailed information and to build relationships with the builders. I enjoy walking people through the home buying and selling process to help keep things relaxed with their large investment.
