Allen Jackel

After graduating from Arizona State University, Allen Jackel immediately began his career in both commercial and residential real estate, working at CBRE, ProLogis and Fenway Capital Advisors, all while helping friends purchase residential properties along the way. Over the last 25 years, he has negotiated commercial / residential leases, sold properties, and managed assets in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Reno, Dallas, and San Diego.

His passion for real estate started when he was 10 years old and he watched his parents purchase and manage houses and apartments throughout San Diego County. They put him to work. He was in the car with them helping them inspect properties, collect rents, move furniture from one rental to another, and even taking trash and old furniture to the landfill in Santee!

Allen's friends often approach him about the properties he owns, and ask him about lessons he learned from his parents' success as residential real estate investors, from investing early to diversifying portfolios. This led him to start Neptune Partners where he focuses on helping others achieve success by investing in real estate. His parents taught him the business and now he would like to continue to share his knowledge to help others better position themselves for financial and retirement success.
