Allen was born and raised in Upstate New York. There, he enjoyed hiking, skiing and getting together with friends. Allen attended college at the State University of New York at Oswego and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor. After many cold winters, he decided to move to Wilmington and is proud to call it his home. Wilmington has so much to offer its residents with beaches minutes away, a great nightlife downtown and the beautiful, quiet communities in the suburbs.
