Allen Ramsey, Jr.

Allen and his wife moved to the beautiful gulf coast of Florida in 2004. They relocated from the Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina where he was first licensed in Real Estate in 1985.

Before Allen’s real estate career started, he attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA followed by 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. Upon returning to his hometown of Portsmouth, VA, he was employed by the government for over 8 years in the nuclear electronics division for the Navy.

Allen and his wife moved to their second home on the Outer Banks permanently in 1978. He owned and operated multiple retail shops for the first few years before starting his real estate career in 1985.

Both Allen and his wife enjoy the sunshine, the beach, fishing and golf and that is what brought us to SW Florida. No better place to enjoy life.

After starting real estate many years ago and for the past 16 years in the Venice area, he is still excited and enjoy assisting both buyers and sellers in accomplishing their dreams. He has always considered his job not to sell you anything but to offer you his knowledge, experience, and personal service to facilitate you finding the right property to satisfy your wishes and dreams. And that same knowledge, experience, and personal service to sellers to receive the highest and best offer for your home.
