We’ve made several attempts trying to obtain a house, however, same was futile. I and my fiance were introduced to Matt (realtor), who works for the finest real estate entity (The Allen Stanton Group RF/Max Executive) in the business currently. We had a thorough talk via a meeting which was orchestrated by Matt, we shared our intentions, and he understood the task. Most importantly though, he outlined the procedures step-by-step and ensured that we understood what was about to be transpired. At this juncture, we realized how professional Matt is, he’s intelligent, enthused, transparent, informative, and great at what he does. What we were amused about, Matt had assured us that he could’ve and will help us finding a house within two (2) weeks, we could not believe when he had honor that promise! Where do I begin? Allen and his group have been there with me through these ever changing times in real estate. Not only navigating me through today's up and down market but navigating me through a tough time in my life in which led to me needing to sell my house. I cannot recommend the Allen Stanton Group enough! We worked with Fern, and she always went above and beyond for us. When we began the process, we weren't even sure if we could afford to buy a home, but after we met with Fern and the lender she recommended, we realized we actually could afford to buy right away. Fern was in contact with us frequently but was never pushy. The inspection company they work with is extremely helpful and thorough, so we knew the exact condition of the home we purchased. After we purchased the home, we faced a couple of hiccups with the power company, but Fern and Allen helped us resolve the issues very quickly, even calling the power company on our behalf. After closing, they made sure that we knew that we could still reach out to them if any issues popped up. If we ever sell our home or purchase again, we will definitely be reaching out to Fern and the Allen Stanton Group.

After seeing Allen Stanton's face on so many yard signs in my neighborhood, I decided to take a chance on the Stanton Group when I wanted to purchase my first home. I am very glad that I did. I worked with Fern and from the first moment I walked into the office until the moment I reached the finish line, five months later, she held my hand. Freely giving me excellent information and showing me homes that fit my needs. What impressed me about the Stanton Group was the team of professionals they had ready to refer to me if I needed one. My closing happened July 2021. I recommend them highly and I will certainly use them in the future.

When we first were connected through our 1st home mortgage (Dan Tinnin) I was excited to know we would be with a trusted realtor. We met the first time with Allen Stanton & felt he was so down to earth and looking out for us. When we decided to see our first house we met Matt Webb who works for Allen Stanton I felt he was so down to earth & asked us what we were looking for & not looking for. And had our best interest at heart. Matt went back to the board to find homes similar to what we wanted. The 2nd home we saw with Matt & Allen was just what we wanted in Chesterfield and felt the neighborhood, the house & backyard was perfect. We put a bid on it the next day & as soon as we knew it was under contract. Matt & Allen & the team made a wonderful transition through the process of buying a home. And when we signed the paperwork we went & took a cute picture saying we bought a home & they gave us a wonderful gift basket & even had a beer with them. After it is all.said & done every month they have client apprection.day & they give you a gift after a month & then every couple of months. I would say go with Allen Stanton & team & they will take good care of you!!

Fern Wissel is absolutely amazing. Being a first time homebuyer in MD, she made sure I knew the ins and outs. She was prompt in setting up showings and was always pleasant. It has now been 8 months since I bought my home. An I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. Matt Webb is an amazing realtor. He really dedicates his time and is very reliable. I was nervous about buying my first home. I mean who isn't. Matt made it so easy. He made sure I was happy and wasn't going to settle for something I wasn't happy with. He is by yourside the whole time. The teams he works with throughout the whole process makes it so easy. From the finance company First Home mortgage, with Dan. The inspection company with tons of years experience. To the title company. Matt helped me find everything I wanted to get out of my home. Allen and his team were great to work with. In Feb 2020 I decided I wanted to sell my home, Allen came out gave his recommendations and we listed March 2020. I had offers with in the first week. Once my old home sold, I was going to wait a while to purchase a new home and lived with family. Randomly I came across this house came on the market on a Thursday that I was interested it, I called Allen that night, he was out of town but set me up with Fern. They helped me pre-approved for a loan that evening, the next day I went to look a the house and had an offer in that night. 30 days later I was a homeowner again. Would recommend Allen and his team any day of the week!

Allen Stanton and Lindsay Patten are an amazing team. They are efficient, friendly and really do everything to make one's home buying experience as informed and pain free as possible.

As first time home buyers and new to the state of Mayland, we weren't exactly sure of what to look for when buying a home. Allen always gave us the hidden pros and cos of every home that he showed. My husband was unable to be there for the final walk through and closing. Allen really stepped up to the plate. He double checked everything and took the stress off. I will recommend him again and again.
