My Partner Patty Carson and I experienced the best professional experience of our home selling career. I personally have bought and sold homes for over 40 years. This always is a tenious process from financing, appraisals, inspections, negitiations through closing. Alli was the consumate diplomat in meeting our requirements and the buyer requirements with common sense and professional counsel. We were thoroughly please to work with her and would highly recommend her for any housing transaction you require. Alli moves everything forward timeley and with both parties concerns before hers. Alli was great. Attentive, polite, professional, personable, willing to help at all times. She was confident we could sell the property for a higher price than what I expected. She was correct. I worked long distance with Alli during the process and things still went smoothly. Even the closing. I did not have to be present. Her knowledge of the process aligned with her actions, a very important quality when dealing long distance on a deal. I trusted her completely through out the process as well. I highly recommend her services.

Where do I start? I closed on 3 duplexes in a week with Alli's help. Her service is exceptional. I work a 13 hour shift and the hours aren't the easiest to work around. I'd contact her about a property I was interested in and assumed we'd have to wait until my off days to view them. That wasn't the case with Alli. I was able to see the properties on days I worked. The times were past dinner time and we weren't dealing with single family houses we were dealing with tenants. I was worried they'd be upset about letting us in considering they had nothing to gain. Alli is so great with people we often engaged in conversations with them well past the time a typical showing would take. They welcomed us back during inspections as well.
We made numerous offers and got 3 accepted. There's enough paperwork with a single home purchase. I used the same mortgage company for all of them and I made sure to CC Alli on all communications. The mortgage company had trouble keeping everything organized and I'm often unavailable while working. Alli was able to fill in and resolve quite a few issues for me during those times. I get out of work after they closed and thanks to Alli's help I didn't experience a delay due to my unavailability.

As a first-time home buyer, Alli made the process as smooth as possible. She never looks down on a question and always maintains a positive attitude! My husband and I had many financial restrictions, and even still, Alli was able to keep advocating for us to get into a home! She knows the laws (and loopholes) and knows how to work a deal to get your offer accepted! She’s experienced, kind, professional (but relatable), and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, but especially first time buyers. Alli is wonderful! She has good perspective. She loves to educate you and we had many 10pm text-a-thons even before I listed my home and started shopping for a new one. She takes care of details behind the scenes that you didn't even know you needed. She absolutely listens to what you want/need so she can help you get there. Ali and her team really went above and beyond to get my house on the market, because it was a flip they were able to get the property staged, photographed, and online in a tight timeframe, short notice, holiday week.
