I cannot begin to express how impressed by and grateful I am for the care and expertise Allie Nagle provided in helping my mom sell her home. From the first day Allie was not only incredibly responsive but responded in a way that never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or silly questions etc. It was just so easy to work with her. She gave it all, always keeping my mom front and center during every decision and ensuring that the best outcome always went to my mom. She made a naturally stressful process so much less stressful including connecting us with an amazing mortgage lender (Tara Gore at Movement Mortgage) so there was one less thing we had to worry about. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Stephanie Campise and Allie Nagle during our house hunt. From the very beginning, we appreciated their knowledge of the local area, which was very helpful to us as we started to explore moving from Philly to South Jersey. They were very understanding that we initially started our search casually and in no rush to move; they never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting their time. When we walked through houses, we were impressed by their eye for detail, which felt especially important given that we were looking at older homes. Stephanie, Allie, and the team consistently went above and beyond: for example, one weekend they walked all over a neighborhood we were interested in to get a sense of whether any homes might come available soon. Stephanie and Allie were very responsive by text and phone, always willing to answer our questions and help us think through things. When the time came to put in offers, Stephanie and Allie spent a significant amount of time helping us think through our offers to make them competitive in a housing market that saw every home receiving multiple offers. Stephanie was also the one who ultimately found our house and helped us realize it had basically everything we could have hoped for. Stephanie and Allie continued to hold our hand through all steps of the process once our offer was accepted, and have continued to be great sources of information and support long after our closing. We are so grateful to have had Stephanie and Allie as partners in finding our home. They made us feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their help. Allie and Steph were amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough! They helped us navigate the rollercoaster housing market that was 2021. After meeting with the both of them, we knew right away that we wanted to work with them. Despite having them drive all over the state of New Jersey, Allie and Steph were always upbeat and positive, putting to rest any doubts or concerns we had. My wife and I never heard a complaint from them no matter how many questions we asked, or how many houses we made them visit with us. We are so glad we decided to work with them. Not only did they find us a house that was perfect for our family, they helped us prep, list, and sell our house in a matter of days!! Wow! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find my first home! Stephanie Campise was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. What I like about Stephanie is her availability, she is also very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions immediately and if it's something that she doesn't know right away, she'd get back to me with the answers. She never pressured me to buy anything that I didn't like. She made sure that I was equipped with everything I needed to know about a house before putting in an offer. During the search for a new home, Allie always remained patient, organized, and most importantly, enjoyable and fun to work with on every house tour. When we wanted to submit an offer, Allie always had a good understanding and analysis of the comps in the particular neighborhood / town which gave us confidence to come up with price and terms for an offer. Finally, from offer to closing, Allie remained extremely organized, and had recommendations for every type of service (contractors, lawyers, etc.) and always knew the right person for the job. I cannot begin to thank Allie enough for all of her help with our real estate transactions. She helped us to sell our home and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and prepared. She provided tips with staging to make it more attractive to buyers and made sure our house was ready for professional photos. Thanks to her assistance, we received multiple offers within a week! She also helped us to find the perfect home for our family. It was not an easy journey as we decided to not purchase the first house we went under contract with due to issues discovered during inspection. Allie was very patient and helped us along the way. Making the decision to end the contract was not easy and Allie provided us with as many facts as possible so that we could make an informed decision. We made the decision that was best for our family and we continued on with our search. We found another home that was a perfect fit for us. Once again, Allie assisted us every step of the way by providing recommendations for inspectors, check lists of what to expect, pushing for necessary repairs, ensuring the mortgage paperwork was on target and making sure the house was move-in ready the day of close. I am so thankful that we had Allie to help us with this process and trusted her every step of the way. She provided insightful information so that we could make the best move for our family, but did not push us into something that was not right for us.
