Allie Grodzki

Hi, I’m Allie! I’m glad to have you here. Here is a little bit about me:

I was born and raised in freezing Fargo, North Dakota, but I love the heat and always knew I would end up in Texas. I made a couple of stops along the way. First was Chicago, where I went to grad school and got my doctorate in clinical psychology. I also worked part-time as a leasing agent, which is where my passion for real estate began. My next stop was Denver, and I loved the it there, but when mine and my husband’s jobs both went remote during the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to make the move to Houston.

My work as a psychologist was very fulfilling, but even after reaching the peak in my field, it still felt like something was missing. I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart, and real estate is a business that offers so man avenues for growth with no limits. I love being able to constantly push the envelope.

Real estate is all about relationships, and what’s unique about working with me is that I am quite literally a people expert. Not many agents can say that they have the training or the background that I do, and I’m really grateful for that because it has helped me become an excellent listener and communicator. Everyone who knows me would say that I’m relentless and a go-getter.

It is my ultimate goal to deliver top-notch service to my clients. I take the complex task of helping you buy or sell a home to a whole new level by assuming the stressful parts myself and letting you enjoy the process. It really motivates me to help people achieve something that they may not have thought was possible. It’s so rewarding when I hand someone the keys to their new home on closing day and see that huge smile on their face!

In my down time, I love spending time with my family and friends and doing things like grilling and hanging out by the pool or at the lake. I love everything that comes with being a new mom to my daughter, Maverick. I’m also a proud rescue mom with a huge soft spot for animals. A fun fact about me is that, up until a few years ago, I competed in Olympic weightlifting. Priorities have changed now, but I still do it for fun.
