It’s funny when people ask Allie where she is from. Allia has always had a Raleigh address but grew up off Holly Springs Road, one of Cary’s most prominent landmarks. One thing is for sure, though, she is a true local. Allie gets her entrepreneurial spirit from her father, a Cary Civil Engineer founder turned real estate investor, and her willingness to go above and beyond as a “helper” from her mom, a career OR nurse turned full time grandma. Allie’s family grew up supporting the local business community and cheering on the Wolfpack, that’s two things that will never change. After studying Fashion and Textile Management at NCSU and meeting her husband, Hayden, it was time to find a career that would combine her creativity with a love of people and numbers. Corporate life was not the life for her so after a mindset reset in Thailand, Allie returned to Raleigh and entered Real Estate. Inspired by her brother, a local Commercial Brokerage Owner with a land/office specialty, Allie pursued the residential side of the business. A couple of years later, she has had the honor of earning her way into the Top 100 agents in the Triangle, a National 30 under 30 agent, and a Top 100 individual agent internationally for Keller Williams. Currently, Allie resides in Downtown Cary with her husband and golden retriever, Pearl.
The biggest thing that has stuck with Allie over the years is something an agent shared before she even entered the industry. "Do something well, your client will tell someone else about it. Do something wrong, they will tell just about everyone." That's what leads Allie here, to a complete referral-based business founded on the principle of working hard and doing the right thing.
