Allison Blair

Allison genuinely loves the excitement and fulfillment of helping families find their dream homes on Lake Norman and has many years of experience doing so! She founded Blair Realty, LLC in 2003, several years after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She grew up in a family that was experienced in buying and selling real estate and building homes for decades in Eastern North Carolina. Allison and her husband, Jeff, are both North Carolina natives and met in college where both were competitive water-skiers before they married and moved to Lake Norman in 2001. Jeff, a commercial real estate broker, licensed contractor, and UNC Charlotte graduate, grew up spending summers on Lake Norman, and the couple quickly knew it was the only place they would want to raise their four young children!

Allison and Jeff have been designing, building, remodeling, and selling homes personally since 2001. The dynamic couple designed their first home, completed in 2005, on Lake Norman when their first child was an infant. They purchased their waterfront “dream lot” and built their “forever home” in 2015 after seven moves in the Lake Norman area. They took a small piece of every house Allison sold and combined it with creative elements of properties Jeff built to create a home that is perfect for their water-loving family. Allison understands better than most, from all that experience, that the perfect home for any family is not an “as is” home that is listed on the market, but rather one that requires updating to incorporate one’s own personal style. Allison has the abilities and contacts to help you design or remodel your dream home if the real estate market does not offer exactly what you are looking for!

The Blairs love nothing more than spending their days beyond their backyard in beautiful Lake Norman waterskiing with their children.
