We are extremely pleased with Allison as our realtor! She is knowledgeable, takes time to understand your needs and truly loves what she does. From beginning to end, and even after the purchase she went the extra mile. She demonstrated high attention to detail in every contract/addendum, and explained them in a manner we could easily understand. Every step of the way she was there with us. She was quick to respond to any request or questions via email/text.
Our offer was approved the day I was in the hospital giving birth to my daughter and even then, I felt comfortable knowing Allison was on our side!

We recently bought a foreclosure with Allison and despite these types of purchase being a complicated matter, Allison made it a very easy process for us. She always made herself available for any questions we had throughout the process, provided guidance on matters that were hugely beneficial for us securing the property and went above and beyond on many occasions. I was thoroughly impressed by her work ethic, people skills and genuine caring nature throughout working with her. I would highly recommend Allison and plan to use her services again in the future.

Ms Allison Day knocked it out of the park when she sold my home! Her knowledge of the market trends, analysis of current conditions and getting us multiple showings really shaped up an excellent offer on my house. Her expertise and guidance throughout the listing phase to closing just shows she is an all star realtor. Plus leaving a surprise gift at closing speaks to how much she really cares about her customers. Nothing like a Thank You note at the end of it all. I would recommend Allison to any buyer or seller. Allison was a dream to work with! She helped with staging and hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my home that drew in a huge amount of interest immediately once listed. She was able to negotiate a higher selling price than I had initially thought I'd be able to get. And when there were bumps in the road, she was there to help me navigate it and still achieve my goals. Allison Day is an amazing realtor. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is an incredible person. Allison helped me find a home to buy for my family in 2015. She was very knowledgeable of the process and of the area we wanted to buy. We decided to buy a home that was in foreclosure. The process was long due to bank issues and she was there every step of the way. She followed up with the bank and made sure every “i” was dotted and every “t” was crossed. We closed on our house on 11/25/15. We did our own renovations to the house after purchasing it and finally moved in on 12/4/15. Ten days later, we had a house fire and lost everything. Allison rallied the Winter Springs & Oviedo (and surrounding) communities to come to our aid and help us. We have kids and it was right before Christmas. She made a go fund me account and collected donated items for us. I can honestly say that Allison Day is truly one of the most amazing people that I know. And we will forever be grateful for her and all she did for us... in her work as a realtor, but also in her just being a beautiful human being. If you have the opportunity to have Allison Day as your realtor, consider yourself lucky. She is amazing at her job and is just a fantastic, thoughtful, kind person!

First, she is such an amazing human being! She has the biggest heart and soul. She would give the shirt off of her back for those in need. Not only is she Brilliant at her job from the years of Experience knowing little things like hazardous electrical components that need to be updated or have been recalled to things that need to be done up to code for you to move in saving you thousands, she does not ignore your needs.
She is our family friend and our realtor for life. You would be hard-pressed to find someone else that knows as much as she does about what you’re looking for or who to get in contact with to get you in your house quickly and making sure that you’re settled in well after the paper have been signed.

I would highly recommend Allison if you're looking to buy or sell a home. Allison is very knowledgable about the Winter Springs and Oviedo areas, and the real estate business. Throughout the process of listing my home and buying a new townhome, she was very responsive (even to texts in the evening), provided sound advice and counsel about pricing and negotiating, gave solid referrals when asked for all types of services (movers, cleaners, mortgage firms, etc), and helped keep me on track in terms of appointments and closings. I enjoyed working with Allison; she was very attentive and also included a lot of "personal touches" that she didn't have to, that helped make a very stressful time in my life a little more manageable!

During our search for assistance in selling our home in Winter Springs, FL, my wife and I were very fortunate to have been referred to Mrs. Allison Day of RE/MAX Town & Country Team. I thought selling would be a hectic and perhaps even traumatic experience. However, Mrs. Day listened to my concerns, worked effortlessly to ensure our home was well prepared for the sale (including taking care of a lot of the important things that needed attending to as I could not be at the property during that time), and staged the house beautifully and also had beautiful pictures taken of the house. Her practical and helpful advice/effort on prepping our house for sale made for a relatively quick and successful sale. This included leading us through back and forth with buyers to get to a sales agreement we were comfortable with. In all, we were very impressed with Mrs. Day's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with any agreement reached. We would, and will, recommend Mrs. Day to anyone in the market looking to sell or buy a home. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of our home sale experience with Mrs. Allison Day.
