Allison has helped us through the buying process twice as well as through our first sale of a home. She is very responsive and extremely knowledgable about the process, while also being very pleasant to work with. At every step of the way she walked us through our options and provided the advantages and weaknesses of different decisions and walked the perfect line of allowing us to make our decisions and stepping in with her professional recommendations, where needed. Allison Jensen is fantastic! She will go above and beyond to sell your house and help you purchase a new house. She stays on top of every detail in the process of buying a house and is great at being able to see an empty house and help you envision how your furniture will fit and how you can make the home yours. When it came to selling our house, which was an unusual process with the house going on the market just as the pandemic was shutting everything down, she was amazing! She was able to think creatively about how to show and advertise the house and did a wonderful job of continuing open houses in a safe manner and having a 3D virtual tour of the house created to add to a robust online marketing push. She responds quickly to all questions and works very efficiently providing documents to review and sign electronically. Allison is thoroughly professional and honest and a joy to work with!
