Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Allison moved to Eugene, Oregon to pursue a career in Architecture. Since then she redirected her efforts towards ministry & family/couples counseling. She loves working in an industry that is now a blend of both passions!
Since getting married at the tail-end of COVID, Allison and her husband, Adam, moved back to his home turf in Polk County. Adam and Allison have loved putting roots down in Adair Village and Independence, where they are connected with Santiam Christian School where her husband teaches high school math, and their church, R3stored Fellowship. The Nielsens love taking extra time in evenings and on weekends to pour into the lives of their kids and students - at school and at church. Adam and Allison are heavily involved in one another’s professions, so chances are you will meet him sooner or later!
Allison is particularly passionate about finding off-market homes that will meet the needs of her clients, and leveraging opportunities for creative financing. She and her husband are building their real estate portfolio with the effort of securing their family finances, retiring early, and creating passive income to pursue mid-term missions internationally. Adam is also a financial advisor, which comes in handy when Allison’s buyers and seller’s need extra advising towards their next transaction. If you are curious about how to leverage real estate to propel your family’s goals, please do not hesitate to give Allison a call!
