Allison Meagher Paoli is a graduate of Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a focus in Organizational Effectiveness. She is a Behavioral Coach, Team Developer, Culture Enhancement Specialist, and the Founder of MIII Leadership Enterprises.

Allison began her “local career” in Lake Havasu City by becoming a licensed real estate professional. In 2019, Paoli was appointed to become Professional and Business Development Chair for the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors (LHAR) and has been serving in this capacity throughout 2020. Additionally, Allison is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and will be serving as President Elect for WCR (Women s Council of Realtors) in 2021.
