Our time working with Allison was the best possible experience from start to finish that a buyer could ask for. We were kind of needy with tight schedules to look. We were looking in several counties and she was willing to travel further. She looked deep into any house I may have interest in, even if it seemed an unlikely fit, she was willing to look into it. She was knowledgeable on every level and streamlined all my inspections with wonderful contractors and was present at everything. She walked us through a failed offer when foundational issues were too much. I forgot how emotional buying a house can be and I am glad she was able to properly advise me. She wanted our family to love the home, not simply make a sale. Our closing was dicey too and she knew exactly how to hand difficult last minute issues and got us to close on time! We could not be happier with our experience and our new home. Thank you so so much! I wish I could hire you as my personal assistant because you may be the most organized human on earth.

We had such a great experience with Allison! All through the process when we had questions we knew Allison would help us get the answers. When we were looking at houses she always came prepared. When we started to put offers in she helped us build a competitive offer. During this stressful and exciting time I'm glad Allison was on our team. I can’t imagine working with any other realtor. We were first time homebuyers and were first in contact with Allison via Zillow to see a local home, then life got in the way of our search and we stopped looking for a few months. To be fair, we sort of accidentally ghosted her (Sorry Allison!). When we called her again to resume our home search she was happy and friendly as ever to pick up where we left off. She absolutely understood our style and made every house we went to see a fun experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, down to earth, and knows what to look for to help guide you in your home buying decision.

I planned my move during a crazy market with low inventory in New Jersey and houses going for much more than asking. I was glad to work with a female agent. Allison Schnackenberg as a realtor can only be summed up with worlds like Godsend or Divine Intervention. To those debating on whether these words are too dramatic to describe a realtor this picture sums up my wife and my experience with Allison as our realtor and now friend: (see attached photo)
After looking at over 50 properties she captures the moment I fell in love with our new home. Not any home, not transition property, not investment property, my dream home. Being an Architectural Engineer one of the design features that I love, if you can’t tell, is a window seat. As I sat there expressing, “How are you still on the market (referring to this gorgeous home)(literally)?”, Allison was so connected to us she snapped a picture to send to my wife, because she couldn’t join us that day.
Allison never once pressured us to put a bid in on a property, never got annoyed, never became impatient. Actually, she was the antithesis of that an Angel. She inquired, gave us the most useful information to make informed decisions as home buyers, gave us her honest opinion when we asked, and gave us the space we needed to find our dream home.
Would I recommend Allison as a Realter? ABSOLUETLY! I love this woman. After creating the pilot to a reality show called SCHNACKENBERGED!…lol…we had the greatest time searching down many avenues to bring us to our forever home. She is not only my realtor, one of the only realtors that I will ever recommend, I am now honored to call Allison my friend.
