Allison Shepstone

Allison and Tim have been working together in real estate for almost a decade. What began with careers in fast paced sales environments and doing renovations on the side, turned into a full-fledged real estate career for both. Allison and Tim are passionate about all things real estate: buying/selling, renovations, & investments.

What has brought them success in real estate has been putting their clients first in every way. Hard work, dedication, integrity, and knowledge are the pillars in which they have built a successful real estate business.

Allison was born and raised in Encinitas, but most recently they lived and worked in Toronto, ON, where Tim is originally from. Allison graduated with a B.A. from Boston College. They moved back to Cardiff to be closer to family and enjoy more sunshine. When not working, they like to spend time being active outside with their 2 year old son, Brayden, and aussiedoodle, Sonoma… in case you could guess from their dog’s name, they love wine, food & travel!
