About Allison

Allison has been part of the Gig Harbor community nearly her entire life. Since 1981, when her family moved to Gig Harbor, they have all tried to play an active role in supporting their community and helping it to become such a wonderful place to live. Currently she chairs the Windermere Foundation for Windermere/Gig Harbor. She is also involved in a variety of other community organizations including the FISH Food Bank in Gig Harbor and St. Charles Borromeo. Allison is very proud to be from Gig Harbor and she feels it represents the "perfect place" to live for all ages.

She has attended Gig Harbor public schools, as well as St. Charles Borromeo and Bellarmine Preparatory High School in Tacoma, WA. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. This has given her a strong background for her Real Estate career. In 2004 she passed her Real Estate Broker exam and became an Associate Broker with our company. She is currently the Managing Broker/Owner of our newest office, Windermere/Gig Harbor Realty Downtown.

Real Estate is truly a family business for Allison. Her father owned 4 Windermere offices - Gig Harbor, Gig Harbor Realty Downtown, Port Orchard, and Key Peninsula. He has been in the business for over 40 years, so she has definitely learned a great deal from his sharing of his experiences with her. Allison and her husband, Andrew Welch, recently had the opportunity to purchase these four offices.

She has been part of the Windermere team for over 25 years. During high school and college breaks she worked as a receptionist in the offices, and she became a licensed Realtor in June of 2000.

Allison looks forward to continuing a successful career in the Real Estate profession by dedicating herself to her clients in the utmost professional manner.
