Alma helped us a ton with the buying of our home. She always was available and open to answer any questions or give us an advice. Every single agent should be knowledgeable but there’s a bunch who only care about the commission and don’t do their own research about the property. However Alma is very knowledgeable about real estate laws and current market values which was very helpful when dealing with offers and contracts because we knew nothing about the process.
