Alma is amazing. Within a week or so she had my home sold. Alma immediately had my home staged and advised me of what I needed to do to help sell my home. Alma kept me informed of every detail from the start of the transaction to the very end and was very responsive to my needs.

My family and I relocated from Las Vegas Nevada and were looking for a home near the coast. Alma helped us find the perfect home in Carlsbad that was in a great school district that also took into account my daughters specific needs for her sports. She knows the neighborhoods and spends a lot of time doing comparative analyses on the properties we looked at. Alma is one of those agents who will devote her time, energy and smart strategies to getting your home sold. She understands what buyers are looking for and how to price a home to attract maximum interest. We used Alma to sell our family home in a trust sale in old Poway. Alma quickly went to work getting the home ready for sale with a keen understanding what would be most appealing to potential buyers. She recommended some important updates/repairs, got estimates from vendors for kitchen/bathroom updates, painting, flooring, etc., and helped manage the completion of the work in a record turn around time. It was painless for our family and we were really pleased with the results. Once the work was complete, Alma hired a professional staging company to come in and bring a fresh, warm and inviting make-over for our family home. The photography captured its natural beauty and Alma was able to generate a ton of interest in the home through her marketing efforts. In fact, we received an offer the second day it was on the market and by the third day we had received two more offers plus a back up offer while other similar homes in the area sat on the market for over a month! My husband and I had several choices in selecting an agent to list our property. We selected Alma after our first listing meeting because of her strong knowledge of the neighborhood and broader community and experience buying and selling real estate in San Diego. She came up with recommendations for easy fixes to prepare our home for listing and even helped us stage it so that it would showcase beautifully. When I first met Alma Solomon, she was the listing agent of a house I was interested in. I called Alma to schedule an appointment and she quickly arranged a tour for me to see the property. Alma is a professional realtor that will go above and beyond your expectations! During our 3-month listing of our property with her, she kept us informed almost daily of any activity of showings as well as any follow-up feedback from the realtor or realtors who showed our property to potential buyers. She also listed it on multiple websites that generated high interest in the property as well as showings. The professional pictures she had taken of our home were absolutely amazing, to say the least. We had multiple offers during the listing period; however, not high enough to accept any of those offers despite her strong negotiation skills of counter offering by showing that those offers were below fair market value based on a comparative market analysis of recent properties sold in our neighborhood with similar square footage, lot size, year built, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We have no doubt whatsoever that she did her very best to have our home sold but we realize that there are things that were out of her control such as the time of the year when our house was listed as well as the uncertainty of the Presidential elections. However, we honestly believe she put her best and most professional efforts to sell our home.
