This guy's turn around is insane. This is my second time working with him. He helped me find my first home. He was on the phone with me at 4 in the morning sometimes to help me find what I was looking for. He was truly in it to win it. He does the work and has far exceeded my expectations. Alphonso help my home as well. In this market, Redfin took 3 months and was released from contract. Alphonso's number stayed in my phone. I called him and he sold my house in 1 month. Start to finish. Hope to use him for my forever home. He's honest realistic and very professional and leaves nothing out. He's actually likable too. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Mr. Alphonso has been one of the best realtors that my wife, and I have had the pleasure to work with! He is very knowledgeable and has much insight on making your dream home unfold before your eyes. He has been our realtor since 2012 where he has sold us a home, as well as recently sold our townhome in 2023 for us. We also plan on having him sell our current home. Mr. Alphonso understands the housing market very well and keeps you updated with current information. He also knows what to look for in a home not just for current sell but for future resell. If you have a home that you want to put on the market he takes his time walking through the home. He gives updated knowledge, and trend's that has added to the valued resell of the home! I would recommend Mr. Alphonso to my family, or anyone who needed a realtor knowing he has their best interest at heart!

Alphonso really goes above and beyond in being available to you as your realtor. He is always quick to respond by email or text and keeps you in the loop through every step of the process. He provides great advice on how to negotiate on your contract and is honest with any information or concerns there may be with a home while you are touring a location. I've heard the process is extremely stressful but Alphonso made it seamless and easy every step of the way.

My realtor, Alphonso Arnold, was EVERYTHING! From the first 5 minutes of the phone call we were connected on to the day of signing. Anything I had a question about, he had an accurate answer. Alphonso truly care about his clients. During the process, when we went looking at houses, Alphonso was on a mission knowing exactly what to look for. As soon as we enter the property his trained eyes will immediately look for things (types of pipes connected to the water heater, leaks, AC, windows, floor just to name a few) that years of experience taught him. For everything he saw, he took the time to educate me on how to look for potential issues and why it is important. I saw in Alphonso not just a realtor helping me to buy a house but someone advocating for me during the negotiation, the final walk through and even at the closing table. When signing documents Alphonso asked questions to clarify why final numbers were slightly different from the pre-closing document. Working with Alphonso was a great experience. Very professional and respectful I never felt pushed or rushed. Very prompt to answer to text/email. Alphonso went above and beyond the call of duty and took upon himself to make sure that my wife and my son were saved and taken care of. As we say in the NAVY: "BRAVO ZULU FOR THE JOB WELL DONE". I met Alphonso Arnold over 15 years ago while I was working in the real estate under the same company. Alphonso was young, vibrant, smart, had a go getter attitude, strived to be the best and a man of great faith. I always admired his work ethic and positive attitude. He was an exemplary role model to many.
Fast forward to 2020, my husband and I decided to sell our rental property. I knew Alphonso Arnold was going to be our guy. I have come across many realtors in the industry but very few have the strategy, knowledge and experience that Alphonso has. Im glad we made this decision. Alphonso was able to deliver. The house was under contract within about 24 hours. He made the process super easy. I look forward to recommending Alphonso Arnold to friends and family in the future.
