I am so grateful for Al! Moving is stressful and finding a decent place to live can be even more so. I have been working with him for months to find a new place to live and even though I am sure it did not make him a whole lot of money, Al treated me as a valued client. Al worked hard to find me places I wanted to see, answered every question I had about a property, and did everything in a very patient and professional manner. Even if he was not able to show me a property himself, he arranged for someone else to assist me on-site. Even on a tight budget, he was able to find me a place that met a lot of the criteria I was hoping for. I am so happy to have a place to call my own thanks to Al. I highly recommend him, especially if you are new to real estate. He makes it really easy and as stress free as possible. You are in good hands with him.

Al is super helpful and has a really good understanding of the local housing market! He stays up to date with the latest news on trends and neighborhoods which is super important for me because I’m looking for my first home but also an investment that can return something in the future. He listens when I tell him the things that matter to me are and incorporates them all into the alerts he sets me up with. I know he’s listening because all the alerts I get are for homes that I am actually interested in!
