Alvin Nelson

Let me share a little about myself. I am a Texas transplant born in Little Rock, Arkansas. I love Arkansas where most of my family still resides but Dallas has been wonderful place to call home for me and my family. It has been a blessing to be here since 2009. I am a military brat with both parents serving in the Army. I graduated high school in the Chicago area. My travels have created balance in my life and ability to meet and work with many people easily.

I have a Bachelor of Business degree in Computer Information Systems and General Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. I worked about 13+ years in database marketing field. Data analytics is big to me and I use those skills today to study market trends and information that serve my clients best. During my corporate America career, I began investing in real estate over ten years ago! I still own those rental properties today. So, I have an eye for real deals and cost savings as an investor that I share with clients.

I also have a Master Of Business Administration degree I earned from the University Of North Alabama. I believe in education and its empowerment. My skills and assets are my client's tools to help them meet their real estate goals. I hope along the way we build a relationship of trust and you are able to walk away from the entire experience an even more informed consumer.
