About Alycia

I started my career in Real Estate shortly after graduating from Colorado State University in 1999. I invested the first 12 years working exclusively in new home sales and in 2012, I joined The Group, Inc. Real Estate as a Broker Associate and Partner. I love my profession and the lifelong relationships that it creates. I find great purpose in advising my clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they make informed decisions, and helping them manage all the details of a successful transaction.

I have been blessed to call Northern Colorado home since 1977. I am a graduate of Thompson Valley High School and earned my degree from Colorado State University. My husband, Tito, works for Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being in the great Colorado outdoors, and serving others in the community I love. My philosophy is excellence in all things and I am committed to this on all levels, both personally and professionally.
