Alysa Francis

Alysa Francis, a native Washingtonian, found her passion for real estate when she joined her family’s real estate business. She has used her data analytics background to her advantage when analyzing the market in search of opportunity and long term value. She has a great eye for design and has incorporated many of her design inspirations into her family’s real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Compass, Alysa worked for several companies in the Washington DC Metropolitan area as a Data Analytics professional, where she used big data for strategic planning and performing market research.

Alysa graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The George Washington University where she played Division One Soccer and went to St. John’s College High School in Washington DC. These days, with being an avid foodie, you can find Alysa cooking at home with her husband, two young children and Boston Terrier (Duchess) or out sampling DC’s newest restaurants.
