Her patience and dedication in explaining VA real estate law to someone in California was extremely helpful and resulted in a successful acquisition. Our experience with Alysia was first class! She was so patient with all of our questions as first-time homebuyers and anytime we wanted to see a house she would make it happen ASAP. Our first offer on a home wasn’t accepted, but they said we did have one of the stronger offers! Clearly that house wasn’t the one for us, though, and we kept on truckin! The second house we put an offer on was accepted so quickly! Alysia was so knowledgeable about all of the different clauses to put in our offer, and then the whole process leading up to closing was super smooth. We had heard stories about closing getting pushed back or other issues because their realtors dropped the ball. But not ours! It was truly the best experience because of Alysia. We want to live in this house forever, but you can guarantee we’ll be recommending her to all of our friends!
