Alyson Mabe, a S.C. licensed real estate agent at The Litchfield Company, has always preferred life in the fast lane.

Originally from Winston-Salem, N.C., Alyson earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and quickly began using her degree by jumping into the driver’s seat with marketing positions at Diamond Ridge Motorsports and the Richard Petty Driving School.

Alyson continued on her path to success with a monumental move to Washington, D.C., where she met her husband, Derrick, and started her own business in 2002. The clinical and medical affairs recruiting firm is one that she is still involved with today.

In 2014, she moved to Pawleys Island to be closer to extended family. It’s an area she first fell in love with on vacations as a kid and now feels blessed to live here and to share this beautiful place with others who also want to call the beach home.

Never one to stay idle, Alyson knew that a career in real estate would be the best way to merge her passion for Lowcountry living and her wealth of experience in marketing.
