There are no words that can come close to how impressed we were with Lyssa. It was a fortuitous day when we met her. Many people can sell your home but working with Lyssa went above and beyond anything one could imagine the process would be like. She really is incredible. She was very approachable, always in contact, extremely knowledgeable, rolled up her sleeves and pitched in to stage our home and even helped us move personal items/furniture. She knew the market and what we could expect, she sought top dollar and utilized her magical skills to ensure that happened for us. She made us feel like we were her only client; though we knew she had many. Even after we moved out of state, she has stayed in touch. She truly cares about her clients. WOW! I can’t find the appropriate words to describe how easy buying a home with Lyssa Arteaga was. Her knowledge of the trade and the way she was able to help us navigate, what could have been a stressful, long process, made this such an easy and enjoyable time in our lives! Lyssa and Eric Arteaga made buying, moving and relocating an easy transition and experience. This was my second time buying/selling and let me tell you I hated my first experience. I didn’t realize how important having a great realtor that has a fantastic relationship with the lending agent is until this last purchase. Lyssa and Eric are extremely responsive, explain every step of the process in detail with 100% your best interest in mind. When it was time for my husband and I to sell our house we turned to our family friend and fellow LEO wife, Lyssa Arteaga. I knew she would take care of us and be someone that could handle working with us since we were living out of state. It’s safe to say that Lyssa surpassed our expectations and eased every nerve and anxiety a first time seller experiences. We knew what was happening every step of the way and Lyssa kept us in the loop with every detail regarding the sale of our home- big or small. What we appreciated most was that she was always honest with us and worked hard to sell our house and made us feel like we were her top priority.
