We signed a sales contract and that moment the unbelievable best Mother and daughter team Shannon Kammer and Alyssa Kemp took over. Brought in a professional to take pictures of our home, brought in furniture to professional stage our home, gave us a step by step guide to selling your home.Together we worked as a team. Shannon and Alyssa came highly recommended by my daughter-in-law who just recently moved to Titusville. I was making a move from Cincinnati, Ohio down to Florida and at times it felt as if we were playing a game of chicken. We needed A to happen before we could even think about starting B and don’t even think about trying C because it just isn’t possible without A.

I was NOT an easy client which saddens me because I usually am but this move really stressed me out and brought out the worst in me. But at no time did they ever lose their patience with me or tell me to go pound salt which they were totally in their right to do. I honestly don’t know how they remained so kind with me.

We got super lucky and struck gold on our first attempt which is almost unheard of apparently. Maybe that was the Universe taking pity on them. LOL

But seriously, they do an amazing job of putting properties in front of you that you can sift through plus you have access to hundreds more if you are so inclined to do some of your own searching. They respond to inquiries and requests promptly, I always felt well represented, and they made sure I had the facts I needed to put in a strong bid in today’s market.

I would give them a 15 out of 10 if I could and if I am ever in the market for another piece of property I would call them in a heartbeat.

After many bad experiences with buying/selling homes, this team stepped up and treated us like a top priority while we were buying remotely. Their personalities were upbeat and positive. They were always ready to go see a home (even in the midst of this crazy market!), took time to understand what we wanted, literally crawled under houses to make sure there weren’t any issues, and wrote offers for us the same day we needed it. I think we offered on 10 houses or so, and they never gave up, trying different strategies, calling the other realtors, and encouraging us to keep going. They found us an amazing house for our family. It’s great having a team of 2- they say one is always available and that is the truth! We weren’t treated as “less-than” even though our budget wasn’t the highest being a young family, They also provide you with a bunch of guides/to-do lists that are super helpful for moving to the area. Highly recommend and we will be using them again.

We recently moved back to the central Florida area from Virginia after a 12-year Hiatus! As a Brevard County Native, I missed the Beach and wanted to make the move back home. We contacted Shannon and Alyssa to help us in our home search and could not have been more pleased.
It is difficult enough to have to shop for a home over Facetime, but even harder to trust the person on the other end to be honest and shoot straight about each property that we looked at! The job was a big one to check every box that we needed (we had a lot of them) and find it in our price range. Shannon and Alyssa went above and beyond, even leaving their vacation one day to show us the properties that we wanted to look at. They gave us honest opinions, asked the right questions, pointed out the good points on every property as well as the bad!! They gave opinions and suggestions and I always felt and appreciated the value of their input!
We Found our home after 4 months of searching!!! They never missed a day to communicate with us in our search. They navigated all the inspections, appraisal, negotiations, Insurance…etc.! We purchased our home without ever setting a foot inside within the contract time frame and we were super excited when we finally walked in to find out it was better than we thought or expected!! In this market, it is difficult to find a realtor that will go above and beyond and give you ALL the information and details you need to decide.
I am here to say that these ladies far exceeded any expectations I had and made sure we felt special in our search while navigating their own lives and other clients!
