I don’t know where to begin with my experience. Purchasing a new home can be stressful and scary. I have no clue what I’m doing, what to look for in a home besides how it looks, how many rooms, and how many bathrooms I want/need. I know nothing about the process to close on a home and let me tell you, Alyssa has been making this entire process smooth! She has thoroughly explained each step in ways I can fully understand. She has been helpful in pointing out both pros and cons of the houses I view. I have been talking with Alyssa for like two years now just asking questions on how I need to prepare for the home buying process and, finally, we were able to close on a home that was perfect for us and in a location I honestly didn’t think I could get into as far as safety and school districts go. Alyssa was always very honest about what she thought the homes were missing or the condition of the home so that we didn’t end up with something we couldn’t handle and that was so important to us. Real estate is sales but she made it a personable, enjoyable experience. Alyssa was absolutely amazing!!! We wanted to sell our house ASAP! She came over looked around we sat down right away and talked numbers… we wanted to sell as is and list it right away. A couple days later she had a photographer over then same day had our house listed. Had probably near 50 showings in the first couple days and a few offers! Alyssa sold our house within 48hrs above asking! She also answered every question/concern day or night!!! Now if your looking to buy a house… she’s also amazing… while showing our house to some of her buyers…. She was honest and gave them every piece of information she had while other realtors just walked people through with zero information told to them. Alyssa makes dreams come true! My contact information was given to her by a friend who I reached out to when we became in need of a realtor and she contacted me that very same day. Alyssa took her time listening me. She asked questions I didn’t even think or consider on a our home search because she wanted to make sure, she didn’t just sell us a house but rather find us our home. She was patient with us as we were inexperienced in home buying and she explained the process to us. Alyssa works quickly and efficiently (which was needed in this market.) She got us into homes we wanted see that same day and sometimes, she would meet us for night showings. I don’t ever write reviews about anyone or any place. But hands down Alyssa is the best relator we had. Every little bit she learned or knew, she would share on Facebook. Basically encouraging families to make the jump of being a home owner and reaching out to the community that everyone can have their own home one day. Well we have always wanted a house of our own and after Alyssa shared her knowledge about credit score and how to fix it and what you should do. Well we took a leap and did just that. I put my hubby as a registered user on my credit cards of course I paid them on time and sometimes in a month twice. I started in January and my goal was in June to meet with a lender. Faster forward to June, Alyssa knew I wanted a house and what my goal was. We met with her she explained everything in details. We didn’t have a lender just yet we asked her if she could refer us to one which she did. After we figured out what we were working with, Alyssa was on the move from that point on. I’m a super picky person and I had specific things that I wanted 5 rooms, 2+ bathrooms, at least an acre or more of land, and I didn’t want super close neighbors. Alyssa took on the challenge and 2-3 times a week we saw houses. Some new some old, she answered every call, every text message Monday-Sunday. With the hunny working 3rd shift and me a 9-5 job 2 kids and pregnant she worked around our schedule. Never did she make this difficult for us as first time home owners. Walked us through every step of the way. Not only is she a strong women she is one great realtor and makes you feel comfortable as things sometime got a little stressful she took the heat and moved past everything. And she closed the deal to our very first home! She is the one I have recommended to a few people and will continue to do so.

I would recommend Alyssa without reservation as a realtor. She helped us find our home and we were so impressed we used to when it came time to sell it. She has a great attitude, goes above and beyond to do what is necessary to meet your needs and her communication is remarkable. If have a question or just want information send a text and it will be returned promptly, usually within a couple of hours. Buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience and Alyssa does a great job of being there for you emotionally as well if need be. We just can't say enough about her professionalism and skill as a realtor. Alyssa is top notch you won't be disappointed.
