Alyssa, full disclosure is my sister, I trusted her to sell my house and make a contingency offer on another home. She was able to get me significantly more than I was expecting on my home, and a great deal on our new home. We received an accepted offer on the home we were trying to sell the 2nd day it was in the market. She put together a great video of our property and walked us through the process well.

Me and my husband were both first time home buyers. We had no idea what we were doing, or what to expect. Alyssa was absolutely amazing! When i told her we had been pre-approved, she asked what we wanted.. and immediately had the perfect house in mind for us. I had ALOT of questions, and I felt like I was being an annoying needy home buyer. But Alyssa was always patient, and helped answer our questions, and walked us through the whole process. She never once made me feel like a burden, or like I couldn’t come to her when we needed help, or something answered. I have always heard buying a home is a very stressful thing to do, but we did not feel any pressure or stressed out at all! I would recommend Alyssa to anyone! Thank you again Alyssa! We appreciate everything you did for us, and can not wait to start our lives in our very own home! ❤️
