We couldn’t have chosen a better team to help us navigate purchasing our very first home this year. Amanda and her husband, Jeremy, were lovely to work with. They made themselves available to answer our many questions and took the time to thoroughly explain and address any of our concerns. We looked at SEVERAL properties before we found the one we had to have. Amanda (even 9 months pregnant) was punctual, professional, and most importantly honest. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. We truly felt we were in great hands from the very beginning and we are so glad that we put our trust in Amanda and Jeremy. Amanda and Jeremy were awesome realtors to work with. I had been in contact with Amanda through email for years. Every few months she would check in and see if I was ready to buy a home. I kept saying no maybe in a few months. Well when out rent up to almost 1900 for an 1000sq foot apartment, I said nope we have to buy a house. So sent her an email met up the next week. Her and Jeremy have all the resources for lenders. I told her I wanted to be out of our apartment buy July. We bought our house June 10th. And we started the search in may. And if she wasnt available Jeremy was there. These 2 are amazing at what they do! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home! Let them be your homies!!! You will not regret it!

Jeremy and Amanda rose to the challenge when I called one day after seeing the home of my dreams and asked if they could take us to see it on a whim. They didn’t hesitate. We were scheduled to go see it; fitting our schedule and soon we were on our way to make our dreams come true. We had to list our home and sell as a contingency on getting the new one. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, working 60 hours per week…but Jeremy and Amanda assured me it could be done. We listed our home and within two days showed it over 14 times. We had 4 offers after the first day and settled on the one that made most sense. And guess what? It was over asking price! And just like that we became the owners of our new home on the lake ❤️ Thank you Jeremy and Amanda, we are forever grateful. The Garrett’s.
