As a real estate professional, a multiple business owner and a wife and a mother of a 17 and 15 year-old, I understand the challenge of managing a busy life. My goal is to protect your family’s time and investment when looking for your new home or investment property, to help keep you within your budget and stay within your goals of what you want. When it comes to selling, I do the homework for you to set the right price based off market conditions and get the word out to potential buyers. Most sellers want the most amount of money in the least amount of time. I’m here to help make that happen!
I’ve been a real estate professional for 10 years. I’ve lived in Tampa since 2012 where my husband and I work as a team raising our family and continuing our careers. We relocated from Washington State where we lived for 10 years. I was born and raised in LA Grande, OR. Growing up in the foothills of the Blue Mountains spurred my love for the outdoors. If I am not selling real estate you can find me on the baseball field, on the boat or traveling. My family is the single most important part of my life. They have been a huge part of my success as well as building lasting relationships with my clients.
I am a full-time Realtor and a member of the West Pasco Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, graduate of BOLD “Business Objective A life By Design”, graduate of Rockwell University School of Real Estate and Bob Hogue Real Estate School. My business is specialized in re-sale homes, new construction homes, commercial properties, vacant land and land development.
I am no stranger to New Construction which is a huge part of our industry at this time. I came from a market in which new construction dominated. I represented two builders and a developer upon my departure from Washington State.
