In 2004, Amanda, Stacy, and Amanda’s husband, bought their first house - a tiny ranch near downtown Nashville. Within a couple of years, they had sold that property for a significant profit and were on the road to a love affair with the city. This was the beginning of an eighteen-year journey that has become a career for them. Between then and now, they have lived in neighborhoods all over Nashville and value all the unique culture and community Middle Tennessee has to offer. They have a passion for real estate. One might observe that love is in her blood. Both of her parents have had successful careers in real estate in Middle Tennessee for over 40 years.

In their twenty years of experience as small business owners, they have found the best way to build a business is to abide by the same rule that they instruct their eleven-year-old daughter, Bentley.
