We are extremely satisfied working with Amanda. This is our 3rd time working with her and she has not disappointed us at all. She is friendly, efficient and gets the job done. We were able to sell the house in a little less than 2 months.
When Amanda first came to the house and inspected it she found a few minor areas that needed to be taken care of. Once they were done the house went on the market and within 3 days we had an acceptable offer.
During this time we did have a few questions and whenever we called Amanda she either took our call or returned our call in a relatively short time. Her office staff were also very helpful. They kept us up to date with the process.
My wife and I highly recommend Amanda Bell and At Home Reality.

I first met Amanda back in 2012 when we were buying our first home. She was the absolute best and so patient with us, and still is! I was relocating from out of state and my husband and I could not decide on what we wanted, sorry Amanda! It took us at least six months and probably a 100 houses, but she never gave up on us! During the process she never once tried to pressure us or make us feel like we were a burden to her. She made the buying process a breeze and we had so much fun with her and George! I have had mixed success on this site with responses from agents, but she called me back immediately. She understands my needs (I buy and sell many properties) and she has been patient and GREAT with finding and helping me purchase these houses.
