About Amanda

Amanda fell in love with houses at an early age, mesmerized by the different architectural styles and historic homes that lined the streets in her charming Connecticut town. When she first visited Charleston in 2003, she was instantly struck by the mystique and enchantment of the city and surrounding islands and felt truly called to make Charleston her home.
As a graduate of UNC-Asheville with a business degree, Amanda spent 15 years working in customer service and her experiences have led her to develop a deep desire to truly help someone to accomplish their goals, whether it is the goal of homeownership of helping to facilitate the sale of a home. Her consultative approach begins by truly listening and understanding her clients’ needs and helping to develop a plan of action to assist in accomplishing their goals with confidence and ease, always making the best interests of her clients’ paramount.
Amanda works with honesty and integrity to develop long-lasting relationships with each of her clients, and she never takes for granted the level of trust bestowed on her throughout the home buying or selling process. “My unwavering goal is to always exceed my client’s expectations and to deliver exemplary service while making the real estate transaction an enjoyable experience.” The ultimate reward of her profession has been the gift of having her clients become her dear friends, and she cannot wait to expand these friendships even further on Seabrook Island!
Amanda loves exploring the Lowcountry, and in her spare time, she can likely be found paddling around on her kayak in search of dolphins or native birds, trying a new restaurant or brewery, or strolling around and exploring the hidden treasures of Seabrook Island or the Peninsula. If there is a secret garden or pathway to be found, she is sure to be on the hunt, and she welcomes you to join her with open arms!
